REGISTRATION
Academic session runs from 1st April to 31st March.

For Pre-Nursery child should not be less than 2 and a half years and not more than 3 and a half years as on 31st March of the corresponding year.

For Nursery child should not be less than 3 and a half years and not more than 4 and a half year as on 31st March of the corresponding year.

Registration forms for all classes will be issued in December, Registration alone does not give any guarantee to admission.

Written admission test for all classes will be held on last week of month. Children who qualifies in the written test will be called for an interview along with their parents.

Original School Leaving Certificate and progress card

Character Certificate from the Principal of the previous school.

Four passport size photograph.

The date of birth of the child that has once been declared in the admission form and also birth certificate submitted to the school, will not be changer any circumstances.

All Registration form should be submitted to the school office along with an attested Municipality Birth Certificate or C.O. Office of Block level by a given time.

FEE REGULATION

The Fees for each month should be paid during 1st to 15th day of the current month (both inclusive).

A late fee of Rs. 50/- per month will be charged after the 15th day of the current month.

No reduction in fee will be made for holidays or broken periods. School fee for June and March should be paid in May and February respectively.

If a student's fee has been defaulted by two months continuously without giving any information in the office, the name of the student will be struck off from the school rolls and the student will have to seek readmission to continue by paying Rs. 500/- as re-admission charges.
PARENT'S CO-OPERATION

Parents must co-operate with school in enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline. They should take active interest in their wards progress and activities in school, through the teachers and parents. Please use the school diary to communicate with the class teacher and check regularly the diary for home-work class work and any other information given by the teachers. Weekly test copies should be signed after each test and returned on the next day.

No absence will be excused without a leave application, nor will late comers be allowed to attend class.

The report card is an important document and should be kept safely.

If the report card is lost, a replacement will be made on payment of Rs. 50/-.

Both mother and father should attend the parents teachers meeting, student are expected to be in proper uniform. Polished shoed, neatly trimmed hair and clean nails.

PARENT'S TEACHER'S MEETING
Parents-Teacher's meeting will be arranged periodically, for which separate information will be sent to the concerned parents from the office. The school aims to keep close contact with the parents with a view to giving them the up to date information about the progress of their wards in the school.

N.B:- Participation of these activities are compulsory for every student.

Psychological Evaluation, Debate, Recitation, Symposium, Extempore speech, Mimicry, Dramatics, Quiz, Antakshari contest, Hand Writing competition, Essay Writing, Fancy Dress, Drawing & Painting, Science Exhibition.
EXCURSIONS
Provisions for conducted tours excursions and educational trips to places of education a value and scenic beauty are made. All students are taken to nearby picnic sports in an Organized way.
HOUSE SYSTEM
To build a spirit of healthy competition and to inculcate qualities like self confidence and team spirit among the student - they are divided into five houses - AGNI, JAL, VAYU, VYOM and PRITHVI.
Captain and Vice-Captain of the school & Houses were elected by the electoral process by the students of the school.
