These terms apply to your use of hmpublicschool.com, the website of H.M. Public School, Lower Chutia, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand, run by Social Welfare And Research Activity in Jharkhand (SWARAJ). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02 Information on this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, details such as fees, timings, admission dates, the school calendar, age criteria and rules may change. The school office and official school notices are the final authority. Please confirm important details with the office before acting on them.

Some images on this website are illustrations and not photographs of actual events or facilities.

03 Admission enquiries

• Sending the online enquiry form is not registration and does not reserve a seat.
• Registration alone does not guarantee admission. Admission depends on the school's admission process, including the admission test and interview where they apply (Pre-Nursery admission is direct, subject to the age criteria).
• You must give true and complete information. The date of birth once declared will not be changed under any circumstances.
• In all admission matters, the school management's decision is final.
• Any offer shown on this website (such as a special offer for Pre-Primary admissions) is subject to the terms set by the school office, and may be changed or withdrawn.

04 Fees and payments

This website does not accept payments. Fees are paid as directed by the school office, under the fee rules published on the Timings, Fees & Rules page. If anyone asks you to pay school fees through a link or an account not given to you by the school office, please check with the office first.

05 Using the website properly

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• send false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
• send spam, abusive or unlawful content;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website;
• copy or reuse the school's name or emblem in a way that suggests you represent the school.

The content of this website, including text, the school emblem, illustrations and photographs, belongs to H.M. Public School unless stated otherwise. Photos of students are published for school communication only. If you would like a photo of your child removed, please contact the school office.

08 WhatsApp contact

Our number 97092 88563 is for WhatsApp messages only; calls are not taken on it. Replies are sent during office hours (Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM). Please do not send sensitive documents unless the office asks for them.
